Vacant Garden Ridge building gets a new owner

The vacant building that formerly housed Garden Ridge has a new owner. Catamount Whitehaven LLC sold the 141,588-square-foot retail property at 40 International Center in Henrico County for $3.7 million to an entity called 401 International Center Dr. LLC. The 15-year-old building is near Richmond International Airport. Rob Dirom and Rob Black of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
