Two leases totaling nearly 80,000 square feet signed for the Enterchange @ Walthall
July 02, 2011 8:00 AMThe Richmond office of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports two leases at the Enterchange @ Walthall in Colonial Heights, an industrial park off I-95, about 17 miles south of Richmond. Emerson Ecologics signed a deal for 43,536 square feet while Central Shared Services leased 36,336 square feet. Thalimer’s Evan Magrill and Dawn Calabrese handled lease negotiations.
