Truck repair company leases 90,827 square feet in Richmond
February 10, 2013 6:26 PMAshby’s Brake & Tire Repair has signed a new lease for 90,827 square feet of space at 2320 Deepwater Terminal Road in Richmond. The Richmond office of Colliers International handled the lease transaction.
In another deal for Colliers, 5851 Quality Way LLC bought a 50,000-square-foot industrial building in Prince George County from MPW Enterprises LLC for $1.5 million.
