Towne Air Freight leases 27,000 square feet in Virginia Beach

Towne Air Freight Inc. has leased 27,027 square feet in Airport Industrial Park at 1345 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach.
The company provides air, ocean and expedited freight services to more than 60 airport locations across the U.S. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the proximity of the high-bay Diamond Springs Distribution Center facility to Norfolk International Airport was one of the key factors in the selection decision.
Patrick Mumey of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
