The Dump renews lease for 77,675 square feet in Newport News
September 24, 2012 8:09 AMThe Dump furniture store has renewed a lease for 77,675 square feet of retail space at New Market Shopping Center in Newport News. Tammy Wallman and Bob Saunders of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction.
In other deals for Harvey Lindsay:
• Opta Minerals has leased 20,604 square feet of industrial space at 902 Cooke Ave. in Norfolk.
• ARAMARK Refreshment Services LLC renewed a 12,000-square-foot lease for industrial space at 4140 S. Military Highway in Chesapeake.
• INIR Innovations In Transportation Inc. leased 15,023 square feet at 525 Byron St. in Chesapeake.
