Target Marketing, a promotional marketing company, is expanding in Hanover County as it celebrates its 25th anniversary. The company purchased a 30,000 square-foot building in Lakeridge Industrial Park for its operations and new corporate headquarters.
The building, located just a few blocks from the company’s current location, provides an additional 4,000 square feet of space. The company said in a press release that the expansion will accommodate new distribution equipment needed to meet the demands of a growing customer base.
The total investment of the expansion will equal about $2 million including building cost and new equipment. The expansion should create 15 new jobs over the next two years.
Target Marketing began operations in the Richmond region in 1987. It specializes in promotional solutions, incentive and reward campaigns and promotional products. Clients range from small start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies, including Dominion Virginia Power and Carmax.
