Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, a mixed-use project in Woodbridge, celebrates its second phase of construction and the recent opening of some new retailers with a celebration on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Stonebridge, located at 14900 Potomac Town Place, has more than 500,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a 138,500-square-foot Wegmans grocery store. With the recent opening of new tenants and more openings coming it 2013, it will soon offer more than 50 retailers. Some of the new players include: Ann Taylor LOFT, Brighton Collectibles (opened Oct.1), Chico’s, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Go Wireless, J. Jill, Old Navy, PF Chang’s (opened Sept. 27), Potbelly Sandwich Works (opened Oct.5), Sports Zone Elite, Starbucks (opened Sept.29), Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, ULTA and White House Black Market (opened Oct.1).
Roadside Development manages the project. In addition to retail, Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center plans to add 500,000 square feet of Class A office space and up to 500 residential units.
