Salus Property Investments of Charlotte, N.C., has purchased 1400 Wilson Rosslyn for $57 million, or about $526 per square foot.  The 12-story, 108,296-square-foot office building is known as the Architect Building. It is located across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., about two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station.
Originally built in 1965, the property was renovated in 2009. The entire building is leased by the U.S. State Department through March 2021. HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler) marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Great Point Investors LLC.  The HFF investment sales team was led by senior managing directors Jim Meisel and Dek Potts.
