Square 1 Armoring Services has leased 60,000 square feet of warehouse space at 3800 Village Ave. in Norfolk. C. Cheyney Cole of S. L. Nusbaum represented the landlord.
Cole also represented the landlord in a deal involving American Packing & Crating LLC. It leased 20,000 square feet of warehouse space at 3800 Village Ave. in Norfolk.
Wolf Creek Fabrication Services Inc. has expanded to 36,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 115 Dill Rd. in Suffolk. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
In Chesterfield County, Dollar Tree renewed 18,884 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center. Peter Bunin represented the landlord.
