Retailers taking space in Richmond market
May 23, 2011 8:00 AMHalloween is still five months away, but Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC has already secured its space. The company leased 25,000 square feet at 9750 West Broad St. in Henrico County. CB Richard Ellis handled the transaction. Meanwhile in Petersburg, Dollar Tree Stores Inc. leased 10,500 square feet in South Crater Square. Richard L. Thalhimer of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
