Renaissance Centro, a Reston-based developer that has built Stratford House and Carlton House apartment communities, has broken ground on a third local project. Parc Reston, a 360-unit apartment community with two penthouse levels, will feature expansive views to Tysons and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Parc Reston’s amenities will include a fitness center with an indoor lap pool, yoga/pilates room, and spinning studio along with concierge service, a cyber café, media room, and party room. Amenities planned for the roof level will include an outdoor pool, sun deck, garden area and residents’ clubroom.

The community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open floor plans and balconies in units above the third floor.
Parc Reston is located just across from Reston Parkway and the Reston Town Center. The apartments are scheduled to become available for leasing in the summer of 2014.  To make way for the two 14-story tower apartment community, three former buildings that were part of a garden-style condominium development were razed in July.
