Prolog Inc.expands space in Virginia Beach
August 12, 2012 6:10 PMCushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that Prolog Inc. has taken an additional 12,800 at its current location and is now leasing a total of 25,600 square feet in the Equity Industries Building at 5721 Bayside Road in Virginia Beach.
In other lease transactions for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads, Party City has leased 17,000 square feet at 11969-A Jefferson Ave. in Newport News. Drew Haynie and Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.
The Mike Bell Co. LLC has leased 12,500 square feet in the Legum Building at 2301 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. Robert M. Thornton handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
