Potomac Mills to welcome several new retailers
August 27, 2012 8:17 AMPotomac Mills, Virginia’s largest outlet shopping center, will welcome several new retailers later this year. Loft Outlet, Express and the second Pandora outlet in the U.S. are coming to the Woodbridge center.
Loft and Express are scheduled to open during the fall and will be located in Potomac Mills’ Neighborhood 4. Pandora Outlet, which offers silver and gold jewelry, will be located in the Fashion District.
