Porter Realty Co. Inc. reports sales in Richmond area
April 12, 2012 5:11 PMPorter Realty Co. in Richmond brokered several sales recently, including a 104,000-square-foot warehouse at 23209 Airpark Drive in Dinwiddie County. Consolidated Process & Packaging LLC bought the property from McWane Inc. for $1.7 million. Richard W. Porter represented the seller.
In another transaction, B&B Properties LC bought a 35,594-square-foot office/warehouse at 8020 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County for $1.5 million. The seller was Rogers Corp.
