Pharmaceutical firm leases space in Avion Business Park in Chantilly

A pharmaceutical firm has signed a 10-year-lease for nearly 80,000 square feet at Avion Flex Tech I and II in Chantilly. According to CoStar Group, Chantilly BioPharma has moved into space previously occupied by Biovail Technologies Ltd., a firm that merged with a Canadian company last September. Tom Cresce, senior managing director with Cassidy Turley, and Chris Lucey, also of Cassidy Turley, handled the lease for Tech I and Tech II, located in the Avion Business Park.
