Peninsula Business Center I and II sells for $5.2 million

CBL Inc. has sold Peninsula Business Center I and II in Newport New to Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group P.C. for $5.2 million.
According to the Hampton Roads office of CBRE, the two contiguous, single-story buildings in the Oyster Point area total 62,361 square feet and are 97 percent leased.
Major tenants include WorldPac, the state of of Virginia and International Tile & Marble.
J. Scott Adams and Dan Slater of CBRE|Hampton Roads represented the seller in the transaction. Clark Baldwin of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
