Peerless Restoration Services has purchased a new site in the James River Commerce Center in James City County for its headquarters. The company bought a 25,697-square-foot, two-building industrial property on five acres from Redland Brick Inc. for $1.5 million. It plans to relocate business operations from its current site in Newport News.

Peerless sold that 11,600 square-foot office/warehouse property at 11864 Fishing Point Drive to Kato Fastening Co. for $800,000.
Kenneth Penrose Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller and represented Peerless on their new facility transaction in James City County.
