Peebles renews lease for nearly 60,000 square feet in Henrico County
December 17, 2012 11:04 AMDepartment store retailer Peebles has renewed a lease for 59,524 square feet in Fairfield Commons Mall on Nine Mile Road in Henrico County. Pam Strieffler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
Also in Henrico, MAACO, an auto body shop, has leased 9,510 square feet at 3318 W. Broad Street .Thalhimer’s John G. Myers, Jr. handled lease negotiations.
