Paetec inks a 62,000-square-foot lease in McLean
June 06, 2011 8:00 AMPaetec Communications, a Fairport, N.Y.-based Fortune 1000 communications company, signed a 12-year lease for 62,000 square feet of space at 1764 A Old Meadow Road in McLean. According to CoStar Group, the company—which has offices in several states—will occupy a 10,000 square-foot office and operate a 50,000-square-foot data center. Transwestern represented the landlord of the three-story building, TDC Owner LLC, while Michael Rareshide of Partners National Real Estate Group represented Paetec.
