Orbital Sciences Corp. renews 337,228-square-foot lease in Dulles
June 20, 2011 11:39 AMOrbital Sciences Corp. renewed its lease in Dulles for 337,228 square feet. The space on Atlantic Boulevard consists of three Class A office buildings. Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord, TMW Weltfonds Loudoun L.P., in the transaction. Orbital develops and manufactures smaller space and launch systems. It employs 3,700 people.
