Old tobacco buildings in Petersburg sell for $3.7 million

Three former Brown and Williamson cigarette factory buildings in Old Town Petersburg have a new owner. 110 South Perry LLC and Edens New Perry LLC purchased the buildings, which total 317,428 square feet, for $3.7 million from B. Vee Inc. Hank Campbell and Sam Worley with Commonwealth Commercial Partners Inc. in Richmond represented the property owner. The new owners plan a mixed-use development with loft-style apartments and retail space on the first floor.
