Office warehouse in Great Bridge Commerce Centers sells for $1 million
December 10, 2012 11:54 AMIntegrity Capital Properties has sold its 12,280-square-foot office/warehouse in the Great Bridge Commerce Center Chesapeake for $1 million to 123 Bruton Court LLC. Bruton Court bought the 2.9-acre property as an investment. Christine Kaempfe of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
In addition to existing tenants, the commerce center recently welcomed a new business, Edgewater Construction LLC. It has expanded and relocated its offices to the location.
