More medical offices planned for area around Stafford Hospital
August 23, 2012 5:29 PMTen medical offices are in the plans for 22 acres of hospital property owned by Mary Washington Healthcare that’s adjacent to Stafford Hospital. Clearing and site work has begun on the site, off U. S. Route 1, near the Stafford County courthouse.
According to Fredericksburg.com, the land already is zoned for business. The proposed site plan calls for dividing the land into 10 lots for development. Mary Washington Hospital has hired W. C. Spratt as general contractor. It hopes the site plan will attract physician offices and other health care users.
