Manufacturing property in Hampton sells for $2.6 million

Schaubach Rentals purchased a 72,000-square-foot manufacturing property in Hampton from 310 E. Street Property LLC for $2.6 million. Bay Disposal plans to use the nine-acre site for a material recycling facility. Clay Culbreth with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations. In another deal in for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads, Virginia Truck Center has subleased a 14,200-square-foot facility on four acres at 201 Bulldog Drive in Chesapeake.
