Lumber Liquidators leases 515,486 square feet at Hampton industrial campus

Lumber Liquidators Inc. signed two leases for more than 500,000 square feet at West Park. The industrial campus in Hampton is close to I-64 and the freight terminals at the Port of Virginia in Hampton Roads. The Toano-based specialty retailer of hardwood flooring is taking space in two of the three buildings at West Park, a campus of more than 50 acres off Big Bethel Road. One lease is for 258,268 square feet in Building I and the second lease is for 257,218 feet in Building II.
Lumber Liquidators has more than 240 locations and may build a showroom at the site. Ashton Williamson, Worth Remick and Blake Dozier of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction.
