Logistics company signs industrial lease in Dulles
September 17, 2012 10:37 AMCitybizlist in Washington, D.C. reports that PDX Logistics LLC has signed a 26,356-square-foot, industrial warehouse lease at the Dulles Distribution Center, located at 45065 Old Ox Road.
Steve Cloud of Transwestern represented PDX Logistics in the transaction.PDX is a third-party logistics company that focuses on freight deliveries with locations in Elkridge, Md., and Herndon.
