Law firm renews space in downtown Richmond
March 17, 2013 4:48 PMThe law firm of FloranceGordon Brown has renewed a lease of 15,528 square feet at the James Center in downtown Richmond at 901 E Cary St. CBRE/Richmond handled the transaction.
In other deal for CBRE, Aon Service Corp., a risk management and reinsurance broker, leased 15,351 square feet at 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive in Chesterfield County.
