KS Group leases industrial space in Fredericksburg
March 04, 2013 6:55 AMKS Group has leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 1017 Tyler St. in Fredericksburg. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the supplier of after-market automobile parts and services plans to double the size of its operation in a move to this new location. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
In another deal for Thalhimer, G&K Services Co. renewed its lease of 12,000 square feet of industrial space in Longwood Business Center at 230 Industrial Drive in Spotsylvania County,
