Jones Lang LaSalle in Richmond recently completed 13 tenant representation and agency leasing deals totaling more than 98,000 square feet.
One of the largest tenant representation deals was for Star International Furniture. It leased 60,000-square-feet at 540 Eastpark Court in Sandston. Jimmy Appich represented the company.
