Jones Lang LaSalle in Richmond and Hampton Roads recently completed 21 tenant representation, agency leasing and sales transactions, totaling 318,976 square feet and including a seven-acre land deal. Some of the largest transactions were in agency leasing. They included:
• Gregg Christoffersen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented CPI Associates III L.P. in an 114,044-square-foot lease renewal with Crown Cork & Seal USA Inc. at 1305 Progress Rd. in Suffolk.
• Gareth Jones and Jimmy Appich of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Federal Realty Investment Trust in a 56,363-square-foot lease with Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority at 1601 Willow Lawn Drive in Richmond.
• Jimmy Appich and Charlie Polk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Reva Management Advisors in a 40,230-square-foot lease expansion with Reckitt Benckiser at 10710 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.
• Jimmy Appich and Charlie Polk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Reva Management Advisors in a 24,434-square-foot lease renewal with Virginia Physicians For Women at 10710 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.
