The Hampton Roads office of Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed 15 tenant representation, agency leasing and sales transactions totaling more than 130,000 square feet.
One of the largest transactions involved Coastal Logistics Group, which agreed to a 40,000-square-foot lease expansion at 6701 College Drive in Suffolk. Gregg Christoffersen and Bob Robers represented the company.
In another deal, Merrill Lynch leased 17,790-square-feet at 999 Waterside Drive in Norfolk. Maureen Rooks and Casey O’Hearn represented Merrill Lynch.
This team, along with Gregg Christoffersen, also represented Regus in a 13,624-square-foot lease at 999 Waterside Drive.
One of JLL’s largest renewal transactions was for Continental Technology Associates. It agreed to a 15,131-square-foot lease with Exelis at 7007 Harbour View in Suffolk. Gregg Christoffersen represented Continental Technology.
