Citybizlist inWashington, D.C., reports that Inova has leased an 18,000-square-foot health-care facility at 13575 Heathcote Blvd. in the Heritage Hunt Corporate Park in Gainesville.
The new building will provide a variety of medical services on an outpatient basis. It occupies a portion of a larger, three-story, 75,000-square-foot building.
Dan Gonzalez, Tom Sandlin, James Legat, Todd McManus, and Cole Spaulding with Avison Young represented the landlord, Buchanan Partners, in the transaction. According to the company, Inova’s lease brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
Inova, a not-for-profit health care system based in Fairfax County, serves more than two million people per year throughout the Washington, D.C, metro area.
