Home Emporium renews lease for 85,000 square feet in Chesapeake
January 28, 2013 11:29 AMHome Emporium has renewed its lease of 85,013 square feet at Chesapeake Crossing, 1943 S. Military Highway in Chesapeake. Chris Good and David Machupa of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In another deal for Thalhimer in Chesapeake, Creative Office Environments of Richmond LLC renewed its lease of 11,910 square feet in Woodlake Center at 500 Woodlake Circle. Tony Weiss handled the lease negotiations.
