Harvey Lindsay reports two industrial leases in Chesapeake
November 18, 2012 10:01 AMINIT, Innovations in Transportation LLC, has leased 15,023 acres at 525 Byron St. in Chesapeake. Charles L. Dickinson of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in Norfolk handled the transaction representing the owner, Volvo Commerce Center LLC. Perry Frazer of CB Richard Ellis in Norfolk was the co-broker in the transaction.
In another deal in Chesapeake at the same location, EcoQuip, Inc. leased 9,600 square feet. Dickinson handled the transaction representing the owner, Volvo Commerce Center, LLC. Krista Costa of Divaris in Virginia Beach served as the co-broker.
