VSD LLC has renewed a 20,160-square-lease feet in the Norfolk Industrial Park at 3745 Progress Road.

In another industrial deal, Midasco renewed its lease on 10,400 square feet at 2200-A Mingee Drive in the Midasco Property in Hampton. Billy King was the broker on that transaction.
On the retail side, Fashion USA renewed for 10,834 square feet of retail space at 5105 W. Mercury Blvd. in the Newmarket Shopping Center in Newport News. Tammy Wallman and Bob Saunders represented Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate.
Also, Eagle’s Nest leased 9,520 square feet of retail space at 1700 Parkview Drive in the Parkview Shopping Center in Chesapeake. Susan Pender handled lease negotiations.
