Guernsey Tingle Architects is part of the design-build team for a $3.8 million company operations facility at Fort Lee, just outside Petersburg.  This is the third project the Williamsburg-based architecture firm has designed at Fort Lee, which has undergone a huge expansion as a result of the realignment of the country’s military bases.  The new 20,215-square-foot building will house operations and administrative functions for a 200-person military police operation.  It is being designed to meet LEED silver standards (Leadership in Energy and Efficiency Design).
