FPR Medical Properties acquires Lansdowne office building for $8.2 million
July 18, 2011 11:00 AMTwo Riverbend, a three-story office building located near the Golf Club at Lansdowne, has sold to FPR Medical Properties of Rockville, Md., for $8.2 million. According to Citybizlist, the seller was Great Point Investors of Boston. Bill Kaye and Marc Rampulla of CB Richard Ellis represented Great Point Investors in the sale. The 21-year-old property has access to Route 7, Route 28 and Route 15. Current tenants include Boeing and Lansdowne Private Wealth Management.
