Fox Gate approved for Loudoun County
June 09, 2011 3:15 PMA new mixed-use town center is coming to Loudoun County. The county’s Board of Supervisors has approved a rezoning of 27 acres along the Route 50 corridor to allow for the construction of Fox Gate, a project of 110 homes and as much as 1.1 million square feet of office, commercial, retail, hotel and civic space. As part of the deal, developer Pleasant Valley Village LLC of Vienna has agreed to do the commercial construction first and to invest more than $3 million in road construction as part of the development, located on the south side of Route 50, between Tall Cedars Parkway and Pleasant Valley Road.
