Four additional tenants have signed on at Settlers Market in Williamsburg, a shopping center under development by Federal Capital Partners, a real estate company based in Washington, D.C.

According to the The Virginia Gazette, SteinMart is leasing 30,000 square feet, Ulta has signed on for 10,000 square feet and HomeGoods plans a 25,000-square-foot store.  All of the stores would be located along the Monticello Avenue corridor of the project in the New Town area. In addition to the new anchors, Sleepy’s agreed to a lease for a 7,300-square-foot retail building, which fronts Monticello Avenue and is adjacent to Trader Joe’s.

When fully developed, the shopping center will include 250,000 square feet of retail space with a planned residential component next to the center. Construction is expected to start in early 2012 on this phase of development with completion expected by fall of that year.
