Former Southpark Dominion Chevrolet dealership sells for $2.6 million
October 29, 2012 9:51 AMDominion CH LLC has purchased the former Southpark Dominion Chevrolet dealership in Colonial Heights from Colonial Heights Land Company for $2.6 million. The group plans to redevelop the 58,600-square-foot dealership property, situated on nearly nine acres, into medical and retail space.Connie Jordan Nielsen and John G. Myers, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled negotiations on behalf of the seller.
In another deal for Thalhimer, Big Lots has renewed its lease of 36,900 square feet in Parham One at 8191 Brook Road in Henrico County. Connie Jordan Nielsen, Nicki Jassy and Alicia Farrell handled the lease negotiations.
