Former S&K Famous Brands retail building sells
May 12, 2011 4:25 PMA 20,834-square-foot retail building on West Broad Street in Richmond, formerly used by S&K Famous Brands, has sold for $925,000. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that VIN 58 LLC purchased the 1.7-acre property from Yetta S. Flax Trust as an investment. Paul F. Silver and Bruce Bigger of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations.
