First Potomac Realty Trust signs two leases totaling 115,000 square feet in Chesapeake
August 17, 2011 5:26 PMFirst Potomac Realty Trust has signed two new leases totaling more than 115,000 square feet at two industrial buildings the Bethesda, Md.-based company owns in Chesapeake. Carrier Enterprises LLC took 63,012 square feet of space at Crossways Commerce Center for a seven-year term. The property is 88 percent leased. In addition, Serco Inc. signed a five-year lease for 54,054 square feet at Diamond Hill Distribution Center. With this transaction, that property is 90 percent leased.
