Fairway Partners leases space for a new location for Ashley Furniture

Fairway Partners LLC, the licensee of Ashley Furniture Stores in Central Virginia, has leased 30,028 square feet of retail space for a new location in the Richmond area in the Laburnum Station Shopping Center.
Located in the 4300 block of Laburnum Road in Henrico County, the store space is the former home of a Best Buy. Read F. Goode Jr., regional director for S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., represented the furniture company.
Other Ashley Furniture Stores in the region owned and operated by Fairway Partners LLC are located in the West End in Henrico County, on Hull Street in Chesterfield County and in Colonial Heights.
