Eastdill Secured named exclusive adviser for Alexandria office buildings
May 30, 2012 2:19 PMEastdill Secured, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, is now the exclusive adviser in two Class A office buildings in Alexandria’s Carlyle District.
The two buildings, at 1940 and 2000 Duke Street, have total square footage of 368,224.
The six-story building at 1940 Duke Street is the headquarters for patent and trademark law firm Oblon Spivak.
The five-story building at 2000 Duke Street houses the investment management and publication company The Motley Fool.
