Dixon Hughes Goodman signs new lease for more space at Tysons Corner

Accounting firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP has leased 49,181 square feet of space in Tysons Dulles Plaza. It will move from its current location at 1410 Spring Hill Road in McLean to the expanded space by November. The move comes in response to the recent merger between Goodman and Co. LLP and Dixon Hughes.
“The move to this space reflects our commitment to Tysons Corner and the vibrant business community in Northern Virginia,” Brian Carlton, the company’s regional managing partner said in a statement.
Acquired by KBS REIT I in 2008, Tysons Dulles Plaza is a three-building, Class A complex, totaling 487,775 square feet. Located between Washington-Dulles International and Reagan National airports, the property offers direct access to the Dulles Access Road, I-495 and Route 123. “The new building offers prominent signage on the toll road, more efficient space, more current technology infrastructure and convenient access to the amenities of Tysons Corner,” said Dominic Orfitelli, a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis, who represented Dixon Hughes Goodman in the transaction.
With more than 1,700 people in 30 offices in 11 states and Washington, D.C., Dixon Hughes is the 13th largest certified public accounting firm in the country.
