Divaris completes several office leases in Hampton Roads
October 01, 2012 11:15 AMDivaris Real Estate Inc. in Virginia Beach announced several lease transactions totaling more than 56,000 square feet of office space in Hampton Roads.
The biggest deal was for 9,336 square feet, with Morton G. Thalhimer taking space in the Divaris-leased and–managed Armada Hoffler Tower at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Other tenants in the building include Williams Mullen, Troutman Sanders and Hampton University.
