Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE) in Virginia Beach reports leases totaling more than 80,000 square feet for several retail tenants. Some of the larger deals include a 25,516-square-foot lease for Tidewater Finance Co. in the DRE-leased and managed Tidewater Plaza located at 6528 East Indian River Rd. in Virginia Beach. David Redmond, of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris, represented the landlord, Westview Plaza Associates, LLC.
In another deal, Big Lots Stores Inc. renewed its lease for 26,537 square feet of retail space in Midlothian Crossing at 8533 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. The center, leased and managed by Divaris, is anchored by Goodwill, Family Dollar and Stuffy’s.
In addition to its Virginia Beach headquarters, Divaris Real Estate has offices in Chesapeake, downtown and suburban Norfolk, Newport News, Richmond, Charlotte, NC and Rockville, MD.
