Distribution company signs five-year lease in Norfolk
November 07, 2012 4:51 PMHose Power USA, a hydraulic and hose distribution sales and service company, has signed a five-year lease for 25,366 square feet in an industrial building at 3474 East Virginia Beach Blvd. in Norfolk. The company will occupy the first floor of the building, located in the Norfolk Industrial Park. Eugene L. Worley, Sr. of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, B & B Real Estate.
