Direct Mail Solutions purchases building in Henrico County for $2.4 million
February 12, 2012 1:42 PMDirect Mail Solutions has purchased a 130,000-square-foot- industrial property on 7.2 acres from GPI Inc. for $2.4 million and plans to move its operations to the facility. Formerly the home of Graphic Packaging, the building is located at 4500 Sarellen Road in Henrico County. Jeffrey A. Cooke and Gregg Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
