Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will lease office space at Peninsula Town Center

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will handle office leasing at Peninsula Town Center in Hampton. The center is one of the largest mixed-use projects in Hampton Roads, offering about one million square feet of commercial space.
The space includes the Claiborne Building, a 130,000-square-foot, Class A office project located off Interstate 64 and in close proximity to Sentara Careplex, Langley AFB, NASA and the Hampton Convention Center.
Andy Dallas and Teresa Nettles will be the exclusive leasing representatives.
